Scappa plans a whole trip from a destination and a budget. Two months from launch, founder Kiara needed one AI system to run the brand, the content, the posting and the numbers.
It saved me a lot of time, around 10 to 12 hours a week, for researching ideas, writing blogs, creating social media posts. I also really enjoyed the one-on-one sessions as I got a custom solution for my business. I really recommend working with them.
Scappa was two months from launch with no audience behind it. Kiara is building it alongside her work as a freelance product designer and wants it to become her main business.
She does social media for other businesses, so she knew exactly what a launch takes: a brand people remember, content every day, posts going out on time and someone watching the numbers. What she didn't have was the time to do it for her own.
Freelancers were no answer either. Their quotes were all over the place and she would have owned none of what they made.
She already used AI for odd jobs, but nothing was joined up, so every task started from zero. Even the waitlist form on her site wasn't connected to her email tool.
A full AI operating system of twelve tools, built on her own machine and in her own accounts over five live sessions in under a month. It holds her brand and her vision, makes and posts her content, watches her numbers and is plugged into her app's back end. The brief was never to make content for her. It was to build a system she runs herself.
Once the system was in, she started posting from it: carousels, image posts and videos from the AI, mixed with her own travel footage. Her videos have now been watched more than 335,000 times across TikTok and Instagram. Two TikToks have passed 90,000 plays each. One Instagram reel has 50,000 plays and over 2,300 likes.
She was running it herself before the sessions had even finished. Between sessions three and four she tried the blog writer on her own, published the posts to her site and corrected the target market without being asked. The blog writer is now wired into her SEO setup and posts on its own.
It reaches well past content, too. Scappa has since launched. The system is plugged into her app's back end through Firebase, so every sign-up from her site is tracked in the same place as her views and followers. Her brand, her content, her numbers and her app now meet in one system she owns.
In her words: the social media planning is going pretty well, really helps me to stay consistent. And on the output: for the images and carousels I'm really happy. When she later asked for a headline tool, it went over as a single file. Her reply was two words: works great.
Five live sessions, each one a layer: her brand and vision first, then her data and her app, then the content tools, then the posting. Each layer worked before the next began.
Nothing lives with us. If Falco AI disappeared tomorrow, her system would not notice.
Since the last session there have been no more sessions, just support by message. The system keeps running.
