These Terms govern your use of falco-ai.com and any services you engage from Falco AI ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a call, signing a proposal, or engaging us in any paid capacity, you agree to these Terms. We've kept them direct because clear terms protect both sides.

Falco AI is a UK-based AI consulting and build studio. Founded and run by Marcus Mewett.

Services we offer
- AI Strategy Call — paid 1:1 consulting (Strategy Session 60 min, Deep Dive 90 min). Booked via Cal.com, paid via Stripe.
- AI Audit — engagement-based audit work, custom-scoped per client.
- AIOS — productized AI Operating System build and ongoing retainer.
- Custom builds — n8n workflows, Claude API pipelines, individual AI agents and automations, scoped per project.
Booking and payment
Strategy Sessions and Deep Dives
- Payment in full at booking via Cal.com / Stripe.
- Session must be held within 90 days of booking.
- Refund policy: full refund if you cancel at least 1 business day before the session. No refund for cancellations inside 1 business day, but you can reschedule once at no charge if circumstances allow.
AIOS architecture build
- $5,000 (or local equivalent), 100% upfront on signing.
- 30-day "make it work" warranty: if the system doesn't deliver what was agreed in the proposal by Day 30 of go-live, we either refund in full or rebuild at no extra cost.
- Multi-employee deployments are scoped on a follow-up call. Each additional seat is priced individually.
AIOS retainer
- $2,500/month (or local equivalent), billed monthly in advance.
- 3-month minimum commitment. Month-to-month after that.
- Cancel any time after the minimum with 30 days' notice. Final invoice covers any work in progress.
Audits and custom builds
- 50% on signing, 50% on delivery.
- 30-day warranty from delivery.
- Optional ongoing maintenance retainer at agreed monthly rate.
What you provide
- Reasonable access to the systems, data, and people needed to deliver the work, scoped in the proposal.
- Timely review and sign-off on milestones (within 5 working days).
- Honest information during discovery. Garbage in, garbage out applies.
Confidentiality
We treat everything you share during an engagement as confidential. We don't share client business information, internal systems, or deliverables with third parties without your written consent. Mutual NDAs available on request before discovery.
Intellectual property
- You own the deliverables we build for you, including the Cookbook, AIOS configuration, custom workflows, and any documentation produced for the engagement. Once final payment is received, ownership transfers in full.
- We retain rights to our general methods, tools, frameworks, and templates. We can apply the same methods to other clients without using your specific data, configs, or content.
- Anonymised case studies are only published with your prior written approval.
Service availability
We deliver on the timelines agreed in the proposal. If we miss a milestone for reasons within our control, we'll communicate proactively and offer credits or refunds as appropriate. We're a small team, so emergencies (illness, family) occasionally cause short delays. We'll always tell you immediately if that happens.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees you've paid us for that engagement in the preceding 12 months. We're not liable for:
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the deliverables
- Failures of third-party services we integrate with (Anthropic, Google, Stripe, etc.)
- Issues caused by changes you or third parties make to the system after delivery
Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can't be excluded under UK law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the deliverables, your breach of these Terms, or your provision of inaccurate or unlawful information during the engagement.
Third-party services
Many of our deliverables integrate with third-party APIs and platforms (Anthropic, Google, HubSpot, n8n, Stripe, etc.). Their availability, pricing, and terms are outside our control. If a vendor changes terms or pricing materially mid-engagement, we'll notify you and discuss options.
Termination
- You can terminate any retainer with 30 days' written notice after the minimum term.
- We can terminate for non-payment after 14 days past due, or immediately for breach of these Terms.
- On termination, you keep all completed deliverables. Any in-progress work is delivered as-is at the point of termination, with a pro-rated final invoice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
